You could always check out our tutorials here on DIC.

Here is the link to our Learning C# Series, which should help.

And here is a cheat sheet, which may also give some assistance if you are coming from another language.

There is also a PDF download here, which was recommended a while back (although it does only cover C# 2.0 and so won't have chapters on the new features).

Besides the resources at DIC, here is some of the books I use.

Books:
  • C# 4.0 in a Nutshell
  • Pro C# 2010 and the .NET 4 Platform Fifth Edition.

Honestly, I recommend "Introducing Visual C# 2010" by Adam Freeman. More specifically, chapter 2 will give you pretty much everything you need to know, plus everything is explained in mostly code which makes it an even more awesome book ;)
