perhaps 10 or 15 max i think in best month you can get 20 rep max. Nice going on the idea for this awards
will there be any badge or something that will be displayed?

Oh my o.o ... Are there even 75 C++ threads per month?! I'm assuming this is for C aswell.
Does the rep from tutorials submitted in these fields count towards the awards? Because that would make a lot of sense.

Not threads, reputation. Last month, we had a couple members win the award for the C/C++ forum. At this point in time, the tutorials sections are not included in the count. Looking in the C/C++ Tutorials section, no member has earned more than 3 reputation points. And those aren't cases where it would push someone over the threshold.

Easily. There's 30 days in a month, so even 3 threads a day gives you well over 75 threads. C++ is one of the most active forums on the site (since it's both an extremely common language for work, and it's also used for education).

And most of the time, there's 20+ threads per day. In the Java forum, we sometimes get upwards of 40.
