Im reading Dream.In.Code on my phone. Its light, it's portable, its chockers full of new material, so I'm not complaining.
And for those who say DIC isn't portable magic, just wait till I find you.

Uniquely Portable Magic sounds like a euphemism. Not sure I want to know exactly what.

You really want me to answer that? I use my portable magic all the time. What does it mean? Anything I want it to.

No one yet took up on my debate regarding A Song Of Ice and Fire. I firmly believe that

Spoiler

Anyway...

I'm reading The Lost World by Micheal Crichton now. Before that I finished Jurassic Park by him too, it was like the movies, only more informative without losing any excitement. I want to watch the Terra Nova thing with the dinos, and if I remember Jurassic Park 4 is in the making. Nice time to be a dino fan.

there's this book called 'wake' I'm reading. I was hoping it was about inception or something, because the librarian claims it's about a girl who gets dragged into other peoples dreams (like when other people dream around her, she passes out and is in their dreams), but it turns out everybody dreams about sex and hot lesbian scenes, and she keeps on crying n shit because she doesn't want her ability.

lame.

Currently reading Stephen Kings: Under The Dome.
It's a good book so far.

Whoa Gavisann dude! I envy you. I want to buy it but I think even the paperback version is too bulky.

I once encountered One Flew Over but the book was too old(the condition) so I passed it up, I liked the movie though.

Id give out a recommendation for "Howls moving castle" (the book, not the movie). other than that, discworld novels hardly fail to entertain.

Which is the first DiscWorld book? I am very interested in reading them. Are they "Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy" funny? I don't know if there's an english version of Howls though.

"The colour of magic" is the first one, but you don’t have to read them in absolute order (though you should kind of read the books in a storyline (Death, the Witches, the City Watch, etc.) more or less in order)

whether you find the Hitchhiker books funny depends on your taste. I had fun reading them, though.

PS. Howl’s moving castle is an english book to begin with …

PPS. best book in the discworld series so far: "Mort"
