Well, not sure about the rest of you, but this is a bit of good news as far as I am concerned.

While I am neither an active Flash or Unreal engine abuser I think this might make an interesting twist for games. That's going to be one hell of a dump of libraries into flash... I wonder how that's all going to pan out size wise? A huge download expected for say a phone?

Nice finds there modi.
Their stuff seems to work out alright so far, though I can't say that I am very good with wasd/ arrow based game controls...
I am personally excited for it. It will be a good competitor to webGL, which still has yet to make much of an appearance from what I can tell. It will be interesting to make some games that work with 3D in flash. So far I haven't done much in the means of game programming in flash, but I have had some ideas (that's the problem when you don't have access to a windows machine... and all your software is licensed for windows...).
