I don't *think* you can reference a regular Silverlight class library from a WP7 app. I think it has to be a Windows Phone class library. I don't think you can, but I don't have the Windows Phone bits installed at work to test.

I was using Silverlight toolkit in Wp7 to get use of time and date pickers

Are you using the Silverlight for Windows Phone Toolkit that is actually built for Windows Phone?

ya sure it is it, I dont know silverlight nor xaml, so it gives me a complex time to understand and use it.
