Okay I am not sure if this is the right area for this question sorry if it is not, but a friends company needs a program built that will automatically post ads on craigslist once a day and not be flagged. Now my question is what would even be the best way to do this?

I'm sure that's a paid for service. Contact Craiglist and ask them what's needed to do this. They'd be able to give you the best response.

Seeing as this is in violation of the Terms of Service for Craigslist, I will close this. We will not help people with tasks which violate the terms of service for a website.
