overall Rep counter doesn't work right

Hey I'm having an issue with the overall Rep counter (the one on the Active Content page).
it says I have earned around 30, but in truth I have earned exactly 40.
What is going on, because its very confusong.

It doesn't include any rep from the lounge. Only the lounge shows rep from the lounge. No other place includes it.
