Slowly moving objects are not done with CSS but with Javascript/jQuery or Flash.

FBML development & support is dead. Facebook announced this in March. I believe the end of it's life is next month. You should switch your FBML code to the Facebook API.

Facebook has a coding language? If so, Does it involve anything with HTML or CSS.

It shouldn't be in this forum if so, I just thought I would point that out. I think there is a forum just about "Other Languages".
