Yahoo/Gmail OAuth send emails

Posted 17 October 2011 - 01:48 PM

Recently my work has started to integrate Yahoo and Gmail into our app, and we are searching for a way to send Emails from our OAuth app.

We've read that we are able to do so, however there are few, if any, examples. Could someone point me in the right direction?

It looks like you can use standard email protocols.

Thanks CTphpnwb, But unfortunately it's not quite that simple. I've tried that before, changing Auth to Xoauth, but it just refuses to work. Comes back with the error of "could not decode response".

I am using Zend Frameworks btw, and this is proving to be much more difficult than it should be.
