Well I've settled into my new job and it's nearly christmas so I've got a bit more free time that I am doing research in, namely playing Zelda Skyward Sword for the first time...

I put 50 hours into that game. It's pretty amazing. I personally feel that it's the best zelda to date.

I'm just up to the Ancient Cistern, pretty great so far, I hate bow using enemies, can't wait to get my own bow from this dungeon!

Lanyaru Desert I think is quite interesting, especially with the time reversal fields.

Yea, that was my favorite area. I kept wishing for a much bigger time shift stone because I wanted to see all of it changed back.

Hi there I'm interested in joining this project to get a better understanding of game creation in general. I have very basic skills (or the lack thereof) in C++. I have used simple programs like RPG Maker and whatnot. I'd love to help in any way I can let me know what I can do. I've posted an update on the wiki for the storyline as well.

BTW guys where are we uploading project files? I've got a bare bones Inventory project, based on our class structure discussions, we can add to but no-where to put it except here.

Edit: Btw this needs to be compatible with a Dictionary class that contains all the items data.

Glad to see at least one person still around.. Hopefully we're not the only two who haven't given it up. We never did decide on a separate place to upload code files, though I guess you could put it on the wiki for now, at least maybe it would be easier for others to find then in this thread.

The wiki only allows image and .ogg files, no .zips or .rars, we'll need somewhere else to store them.

That's what I was thinking, as it just (hopefully very) temporary solution.
