Latest best technology in IT sector

What are the latest Viable technology in market that one should learn to get good job in IT company?

There are tons...

1) Mobile platforms
2) Security threat detection and prevention
3) E-commerce
4) Pretty much anything in Telecommunications (SIP apps, VoIP, PBX gateways etc)
5) Banking systems
6) High speed transaction handling software
....


List goes on and on. Might be more appropriate to look at the companies you would like to work for some day and see what skills you should pick up to work for those companies. You can also identify which skills many of them share.

You will not have an issue finding placement as a developer.
I have found its best not to single out one area as you should know multiple. Any well rounded developer should know SQL and XHTML/XML as well as the meat and potato's language of their choice to connect it all together before worrying about specializing anywhere. Normally you'll get the above from a good school and figure the rest out a few years down the road.

The majority of IT sectors will change and develop as time moves on. So choose technologies that will cover a range of sectors but also understand that you do not choose sector based on technology but rather the technology based on the sector. As time goes by, they will all be using fairly recent technology if it applies to them.
