Hi all, I've been working on a social network as a fun project for over a week now and I am happy with the progress I have made.

As a fun project, I do not care if it looks like Facebook or Twitter, as the ideas have developed around many features from the social network giants. I am building this as a test, to see if i could achieve something and actually finish one of my god damn projects.

Most of the features are still in development, but I would just like to hear the opinions of other developers.

Ignore the domain, and the title. I used one of my other sites domains to temporarily host this as something has gone wrong on my other one, and the title of the site has not been thought of yet.

Firefox on Ubuntu 11.10, the tabs are covered by the content, you can't see some of the writing.

Great effort. Buy simplesocial.net back, its worth it.
