I'm planning to design our website using css3 since by using it u can control the borders shadow
so anyone here knows a site where can i see tutorials or tags that are being used or anything?

Well..I think w3schools is the best way to learn this.

I would never suggest W3Schools as being the best way to learn anything especially in CSS3. The following are prefect sites for CSS3 reference and tips:

Well ok EnvXOwner...W3schools may be not a very good site for learning all CSS3 concepts. But I think it is the best site for beginners..I mean to the site have easiest ways to explain the concepts with examples.And the sites which you are suggesting are good but not good for beginner level.

W3Schools is not for beginners. The sites that I suggested are perfect for beginners and explain thoroughly and accurately unlike W3Schools. Do note that in my previous post I said, "anything especially CSS3". I'm only judging W3Schools because that's where I began to learn, I found a lot of mistakes, most of which W3Fools have noticed.
