how can cancel the programes witch open immediatly when i open my com?

how can i cancel the programes whitch open or apper in desktop immediatly when i open my computer. these programmes like messenger. i dont mean tha i want to delete it just i want to keep it in programes file and i open it by myself.

You would go into the program's settings and uncheck 'run at start up'.

Go to Run, type msconfig and from Startup tab disable whatever programs you want.

in addition, autoruns, part of the sysinternals suite, is very much worth checking out. Runs from a flash drive too.

If you're up for it you can also check the registry for any and all startup entries.
