Best book for a beginner for Windows Server 2008

I want to learn Windows Server 2008 for my work. I am a beginner and I am searching for a good book to start. Any site or reference for it?

While I've never read it, there is a Windows Server 2008 For Dummies. The for dummies books are good becaues they break things down in simplistic terms. You said this is for work. Are you an administrator or a user?
Will your company be reimbursing you for your expenses? There are better training guides that will get more technical. The For Dummies series is more for a higher level over view so might not be in depth enough, but it's a place to start.
