My site is being hosted by Webhostingpad. I hate criticizing but their customer service is poor to say the least. I wanted a simple answer to a simple question. I am installing osCommerce on the server. At one point I'm asked to enter the hostname of database server. Some information on the net say it should be "localhost" and some "MySQL", and some say to check with the hosting company. I phoned Webhostingpad. The man at the help desk did not have a clue and told me to email support, which I did. It has been three days, and although they acknowledged receipt of the email, I'm still waiting for an answer. Is there anyone out there with a similar or same problem as mine. If so could they provide me with an answer. I'll be very grateful.

You want real hosting with decent support, I'm guessing you're probably going to have to pay more than $1.99/month.
