Error when trying to add Access DB to Visual Studio

I am trying to add an Access database to my site but i keep getting the error "The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine." I've worked with Access in Visual Studio before but it was already a part of the project when I used it. Any suggestions?
