Surfing the Internet excessively and Procrastination are definitely on my list when it comes to work.
Spending! My mother constantly gives me crap about spending money 'willy nilly' and it's true. I buy a lot of crap, and I'm constantly going out for lunch and such, I blow too much on things where I could be saving...
