Ad's gone crazy

One of the top ads on this site has gone a bit stupid, at least in Chrome. It isn't part of the page hierarhcy, so it is obscuring part of the UI, as such:

Which makes navigation a wee bit tricky at times. Worst part, it scrolls with the page, so you can't really un-obscure the forum links part.
