Integrate Excel in a Windows Form

Posted 09 December 2011 - 12:32 PM

Hi all,

As per the title, is this possible to do in vb.net? I have seen C# code for doing this but was wondering if anybody had some sample vb code.

I have dealt with excel before but usually read/write by creating an instance of excel rather than within the form itself. To do this am i going to have to write to a datagrid instead?

Thank you for any help/suggestions/information

Chris

Edit - Noticed the C# code is using the web browser object to view the document. Anybody done this before?

To the right of your thread under "VB.Net Tutorials" is a brand spanking new tutorial for that.

So there is thank you! Looks like i am going to stick to either using an instance of excel to edit/read or the object viewer due to the lack of functionality (for what i am doing) in the web browser object.

jimmyBo thanks for the link - something i am familiar with but always good to have a read!
