Where would I bring questions regarding cryptography, such as RSA, padding algorithms, duffy hellman key exchange etc.?
I asked a couple questions in the C# forum a while ago, to no avail, and all I received was a rather cheery response about the built in cryptography class, which kind of defeats the point of learning about RSA. I looked for a general software development forum, but I did not see one.
My mistake, I found it.

Adding to this. The Software Development and Computer Science subforums are more for topical discussion. If you have a code-related question, you should post it in the appropriate subforum. If you are implementing an algorithm for learning purposes, then you might want to mention that upfront. A lot of us will probably mention existing API solutions if you don't specify the purpose.
