Requirements: Needs to be experienced in PHP, specifically WordPress blog coding.

Duties: Your main duties will be installing plug-ins, installing themes and general editing of the blog layout and code.

About the project: I'm setting up a blog centred around the hottest videos from around the web. I have the domain name, hosting and a load of content, i just need someone who is dedicated and experienced enough to help me get the blog up and running.

But what are you paying for the actual work, if we were to assume the worst case scenario that your blog made no income at all from advertising and donations?

In six months I doubt you would be making more than £4~ p/month from adsense.

I would be interested if this was a paid role and not just rev share.

This is not a paid, it is based on revenue... please don't falsely advertise.

I only work for money but I am sure someone will be willing to do it for nothing to improve their skills.
