Code needed for small project(Autoclicker)(Paid)

I need a program to basically to auto click and auto type on a website. On the first picture there are 3 options on this webpage that I can choose from. I have attached 3 pictures of the options that need to be filled. I just need this to automatically run and filled and click the options automatically. It kinda hard to explain but simple. AutoIT could probably do it.

EDIT: Might even be able to do it with a Greasemonkey script.
