I'm working on a program that does computer-to-phone communication through a USB cable. Most phones support some sort of serial communication protocol, like AT Commands. My problem is that most phones use manufacturer specific commands that are not publicly available. Does anyone know how to get these commands from the manufacturer? I don't mind if I have to pay for the commands, but where should I be looking for these commands, or who should I contact? Any advise would help.
