Several times lately I've noticed that I seemed to be receiving more than one email notification about a single post. I thought that maybe it was happening because the post was edited, bu tonight in particular, I received 13 notifications about this post, all with the same time stamp, and there's no indication of that post having been edited. Is this being caused by something at DIC, or is a gmail problem?

Well, sometimes, people post rapidly, and if their post is within five minutes of the previous one, it is merged into it rathe than being treated as an individual post. That old cause some of what you describe. 13 rapid posts is pretty unlikely, though. That's probably a DIC bug.
