LOGIC GATES SIMPLIFICATION

the question is
F= [A⋅(B + C)' + (D ⋅ E')']'


I have to implement it using two NOR gates as input and an invertors.Do not assume that
complements of inputs are available.

I have tried solving it but still I wasn't able to get the right answer.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
