Online Game Development Team

Hi guys you all might not know me but we all know gaming, I'm looking for an online team for game developement, I'm looking for programing languages of all kinds and graphic designers where we work together and make good online games of all kinds to the public :) I know C++ and use various engines any volunterers?

I assume by 'volunteers' this is unpaid work?

Ya it's for fun for peoples enjoyment
I don't have any previous work to show I'm just looking for a team to start the group
