*By Base I mean that it is a template rather than a theme, usually there is no styling at all. They are good bases from developers and can sometimes improve SEO and other factors that theme developers do not always think about.

Just to encourage you guys: Blogging is not hard. In fact, it's extremely cheap as well. You can start your blog on wordpress.com or blogspot.com and it's completely free.
