How exactly would I be putting it in my build path? Like what do I have to do.

In your project in eclipse either drag n drop or copy paste the .jar file for the sdk into your assets folder. Then right-click the jar file and select Build Path -> Add to Build Path. See attached screenshot:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    package="com.better.work.learning.letters.and.more"
    android:versionCode="3"
    android:versionName="1.00" >

    <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="7"
        android:targetSdkVersion="15"/>

    <application
        android:icon="@drawable/icon"
        android:label="@string/app_name" >
        <activity
            android:name=".LearningLettersActivity"
            android:label="@string/app_name" >
            <intent-filter>
                <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

                <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
            </intent-filter>
        </activity>
        <activity
            android:name="com.google.ads.AdActivity"
          android:configChanges="keyboard|keyboardHidden|orientation|screenLayout|uiMode|screenSize|smallestScreenSize"/>

    <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
  <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>

hey So i actually draged and dropped it into the assets folder because there was no ADD BUILD PATH, I took a screen shot which is below to show you, and you can kind of see my manifest where I changed the android:config section to what noob.... said for me to change it too but I still keep getting an error.

P.S. sorry it takes me so long to respond I work 12-8 am (0000-0800) and I am usually sleeping when you guys respond to me.

ALSO------ I found out I actually do have it in my build path, its in my Referenced Library right below GoogleAPIs [2.1]
and that whenever I click on the files location (its still in my temporary internet files) and I click on the actual JAR file the googleAdmobAdSdk.jar file and try to run it, I get a java virtual machine error could this be I have not updated java or something?

<activity android:name="com.google.ads.AdActivity"
              android:configChanges="keyboard|keyboardHidden|orientation|screenLayout|uiMode|screenSize|smallestScreenSize"/>

It will give you that error for the reason you have to use 3.2 sdk on android for the admob to work

So what exactly do you mean? Because in my manifest I have targetsdk version to 13.... And its still giving me an error.

<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="7"
android:targetSdkVersion="13" />

now when I put this code in below it didnt give me an error but when I tested it no ads were displayed, Instead a black box with red lettering saying android.manifest files need to be fixed..... blah blah blah.... where the ad is supposed to be

android:configChanges="touchscreen|orientation|screenLayout|mcc|mnc|keyboard|keyboardHidden"

Here is my updated whole manifest

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    package="com.better.work.learning.letters.and.more"
    android:versionCode="3"
    android:versionName="1.00" >

    <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="7"
        android:maxSdkVersion="15"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>
    <application
        android:icon="@drawable/icon"
        android:label="@string/app_name" >
        <activity
            android:name=".LearningLettersActivity"
            android:label="@string/app_name" >
            <intent-filter>
                <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

                <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
            </intent-filter>
        </activity>
        <activity
            android:name="com.google.ads.AdActivity"
          android:configChanges="touchscreen|orientation|screenLayout|mcc|mnc|keyboard|keyboardHidden"

          />"

    </application>

</manifest>
