It's very simple.
Don't play games. Don't lie to her. Show her respect. Be her friend. Be nice to her.
That's all it takes. If you concentrate on being her friend, and treating her like a lady should be treated, she'll come around. It may take a little while, but she'll come around.

That thing you tell me might have worked if I had a little respect. Sincerely speaking, I'm a total nobody. Too Ignorable. And ugly too.

It's ignorant to ask a question & then just shoot things down based on further (rather self-loathing) details.
The reality is, be yourself & find a girl that likes you for who you are. No one can tell you how to win girls over as a generic term, because everyone has individual ideas, lifestyles, & attractions.

Confidence above all else, any woman I know hates a spineless guy with no direction and no idea what they want. This is the main cause of the entire nice guys finish last garbage.
The reason most "douche bags" will finish "first" is because they're confident. They know what they want and they act on it while the nice guy is sitting in a corner, spineless as always. Don't get me wrong here, you can be a perfectly nice guy and be confident, it's just a common bit that really screws people over.
Now as far as women, what I've learned is that you need to be content being single before you even think about it. Looking will only undermine you. Don't try and please anyone, otherwise you'll be someone completely different.
Realize that in the end you don't NEED a girl and likewise they don't really need you. Convincing someone otherwise, now that can be a task, If they're worth it a far harder one. Desperation is not appealing.
Really, just live life, don't worry about things of this nature, they fall in place.
Whatever you do, don't fall into the soul mate trap. There's no such thing. No two people are "compatible" and love will never be easy. You don't get good at programming just because it comes naturally and easily, you get it from years of hard work and dedication, why would love be any different?
...and there's my rant on the subject.

When she comes near you, release your giant ass feathers and strut about while jerking your head front to back. Bitches love that.

I was going to put a smart arse comment in here too but Creecher got there before me. Looks like I'll have to answer seriously then...
Just be you. Confidence is everything too. You can spot anybody a mile off if they have overflowing amounts of confidence in who they are (which is different to being cocky, btw). Even if someone is fugly, confidence can take them a long way
Works for me at least

Love yourself first.
Be confident (act like you're ignorable and you ARE ignorable).

And ugly too.
Eat well and get in shape. Wash and dress nicely. Get a haircut. You'd be surprised just how much looking after your health and your appearance makes a difference. It makes a difference to how you feel and your confidence; and it makes a difference to how other people perceive you. Got no sense of style? Go shopping with someone who does.
People (guys and girls) judge potential partners in the first 10 seconds of meeting them, and it takes a long time to change that first impression. If someone in your life doesn't find you attractive, chances are they never will. There is nothing more damaging than obsessing over a single person. It's bad for your self esteem and it's harassing for them.
Much better to meet and talk to different people. Eventually, you'll find that initial spark with someone.

This a thousand times. Donning a fresh clean shirt, jeans and nice shoes makes me feel like I can pull anyone I want. Don't forget to musk up if you forget to shower!

Tempted to advise you to go to her home, stand at her front door and just whack your c*ck out. You know, just let it alllllllll hang out. So long as you have a big'un it's a sure-fire way to impress her.
However, that's not strictly speaking legal, so in all truthfulness just be yourself. There's nothing like confidence. Chicks like confidence. And big genitalia...

So is the lounge really a place for adolescent drama nowadays? Anyone else miss the old days where the lounge was about making people cry and never wanting to bring up stupid topics ever again?
