C:\Program Files\ResEdit. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.
Although my account is an Administrator lots of the time its running as if I'm not.
The permissions for the xml when running as an 'ordinary' user are as shown in the attachment.
Oh, that's naughty, I don't have write permission. So why didn't the file complain that I couldn't write to it? Windows strikes again, I suppose?
