I am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a suitable provider who will let me make regular payments to clients bank accounts, ideally using an API.

Ideally I would like to be ablew to add a user, along with their bank account details to an external provider (preferably through code and an API)

I don't think PayPal would fit the bill as you can only make payments to peoples Paypal accounts. I am looking for something more enterprise level. I am looking to pay many clients all at the same time.

Basically, a similar idea to how quidco.com must pay their customers every month if they have earned cashback.
