Hi everybody...I shall create a database for my as a student to store my work, finished assessments, page links and resources (eg. books etc) to it.

I came up with a design, but I've the feeling it's not quite right, because the document table which I created makes not longer sense to me, because it stores all the id from the other tables.

I think on a solution for it and it's may be so simple, but can't find the right way.

It would be very helpful, when somebody can bring me in the right direction. The screenshot of the tables it's loaded in the attachments.

Is the document itself somewhere too? (in a blob field?)
Or just a link to it? Where is it?

The pagestructure table i am not sure of its usage.

Thanks for getting me some help...I think I sorted it out already. I've splitted these tables into more than one databases and make that simple...it works so far...:-)

You mean split in to more than 1 table right? Normalization doesn't mean splitting in to multiple databases... now that really DOES complicate the issue.
