keep Firefox settings

Posted 29 January 2012 - 11:15 AM

Hi all,

I'm going to change my windows, but I don't want all the bookmarks that I've had so far to be erased in my Firefox.
Is there any way to keep these settings ?

Thanks in advance.

Personally I like using the Xmarks AddOn. It keeps a copy of your bookmarks on their servers and lets you sync them on all your browsers, including Firefox, Chrome and IE.

It's kind of like Firefox Sync, except not limited to Firefox.

You can also locate the folder of your Firefox(usually a hidden folder within your user called appdata) and put that in your new firefox installation and literally nothing will be changed down to your homepage!
