What is a good code formatting tool for web pages/Wordpress?

I want to be able to format my Java code to look good on my website/Wordpress. I like the one at http://www.mathblog.dk. It would be great if I could get some simple tool that would format code to look good like that on my website. Also, I would like any suggestions for Wordpress plugins that do the same.

The one on that site I think is the same one that is used here on this board...

That should be what you are looking for and formats code to use on any website including wordpress.
