I mean to know more methods to:
- how to operate on a variable or object or method to free the memory allocated for it (Destroy? , del?), to permit to the memory to be ready to be collected by the Pythongarbage collector asap
- to force the garbage collector to anticipate the collection or to know when this happens

I ask for methods for 1.5.2+ version not later
