Hi, sice blender 2.55 the Blender GUI was redesigned (i never learn after because it looks very complicate) Now i want to learn blender but all videotutorials i find are make with oldies version (and obviously the GUI is different) What sites do you recommend me where i can learn blender?

If you're just starting out, or getting to know overhauled interface; this is a decent set of tutorials.

You can also buy books and DVD's from the blender website. They regularly print new editions of the books to keep up with their updates.
