You should post some more details about what this is. Not a lot of people will be willing to take a random .EXE file and run it without having a clue what it is. - It wouldn't hurt to share the source code as well, if you are willing to do so.

FYI the file name is 'minecraft account list.zip'? Really? Also my antivirus went nuts in my VM just trying to download it.. so I am going to start removing links.. PM me if you want to explain how I am wrong.
