I am not a programmer.. am an Entrepreneur and just started my company.. I have the idea in my head.. its about developing a mobile app for smartphones..that's all I can say now because of confidentiality...

Yup... then what's the time commitment you are expecting? Forty hours a week or can I do about five or ten hours a week spread over a few months? Is this a paying gig?

Depends on what you want.. You can decide to join the company and you can sign papers with our lawyers or decide to just free lance do as many hours you can do..

Well.. ah.. yeah that's a bit of a non answer, right? Is there a time table for your product to be out? It it something short as in four weeks or something long like six months?

Again - so this is a paying job (as I would go), right? That is to say, contrasted against "Pay when it goes to market and we become rich!".

Well, Daryl I am not surprised at your question as failure like you finds people to insert your aggression on..@MODI I am 22 and i just finished my Degree and starting my masters after releasing the product.. I HAVE 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE PROJECT AS OF NOW..I STAY IN UK AND I WILL BE IN THE USA AS WELL TO SOME UNIVERSITIES TO SEARCH FOR A PROGRAMMER AND A PARTNER WE CAN MAKE THE PRODUCT TOGETHER..

You do realise you are shouting at a mod right? I wouldn't blame him for banning you.

There are so many scammers and "entreprenuers" that think they are going to make thousands of dollars really quickly but then end up dissapearing without paying et cetera.

How can a developer state a fee for a job he doesn't know even the slightest bit about? Can you maybe give us an example of an app that you feel has similar complexety as the one you're proposing instead?
I'm not asking you to give me the name of an app that does somithing similar as your idea; I am merely asking for an app that has approximately the same complexity.
Also, you might want to grab a new keyboard, this one has a stuck shift key.
