How to get vendor id and product id

Hello,

I want to get the Vendor ID and Product ID of Installed Intel Graphics Driver in my Windows 7 system.On net I have searched a lot and got a API "SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces()" that will enumerates the device interfaces that are contained in a device information set. But I don't know how to apply this API in my code. Please give some guide to use this API or some other way to get the Vendor ID and Product ID of Installed Intel Graphics Driver in my Windows 7 system.
