I'm not sure what you call them but I'm referring to the dialogs that pop up when you click on a post #. I'm pretty sure they used to bring up a complete url http://www.blahblahblah... link to the post. Now they only produce a suffix such as page__view__findpost__p__1546965.

Interesting. I'll see if it's one of the mod_pagespeed rewriters messing with the javascript.

Odd, It seems to work for me
I just copy the link location and paste it in address bar and it works(using MacOSX with Firefox 4.01 from school)

Still not working for me. Not in any of my linux browsers - Firefox 10, Chromium 16.0.912.77 (open-source version of Chrome), Konqueror 4.4.5, Firefox 9.01 (Windows version opened with Wine).
Not even in Firefox when I boot Windows XP.
All I get when I click on your post number (#3) is "page__view__findpost__p__1547668".

I think I know why. I enabled "trim_urls" as part of the mod_pagespeed extension from Google and I think that's messing with it. Going to see if there's a way to force it not to do that.
