Yeah, I tried the repair thingy, but all it did was load a black, empty screen. The hdd light didn't light up at all. I hard restarted and did the load last know good something something and it waited at the animated windows screen for ages, then went to a black screen with just the mouse cursor. I can move the mouse around and see it move, but that's it. It was like that for a good hour or so before I just restarted in Linux.

Okay, doing a checkdisk. So far, it's removed like 3 bad clusters.
3 hours already, only 12% done o__o

The bad clusters are not "removed". They are just marked a certain way so nothing can write to that area of disk.
If you have enough bad clusters, it is time to get a new drive, how old is that drive?

Well I got the computer just a little over a year ago. There was 6 bad clusters when I went to bed at 2 am.
I don't know what I'm doing.
