No, no, no.. you are doing it all wrong by fixing the problem too damn quickly. You need more showmanship! Build up a sense of panic, terror, and anxiety and when the cold sweats, as the wave peaks, crescendos you declare success, spin the monitor around, and leap out of your chair with a rainbow trail singing "Tada!". Repeating this enough and start to build a psychological dependency of them on you then exploit it for fruit baskets, bronze statues, and increased pay.

Brushing up on my little PLSQL knowledge to automate the monotony of manually copying database values.
DECLARE
BEGIN
dbms_output.put_line('Hello world!');
END;

I am irresponsibly hungover, so I am trying to do as little as possible today. Just waiting for the ops team to deploy my to QA after I've made some edits this morning.

I finished up my unofficial gem and released it with no fanfare or documentation (basically wanted to make sure it worked). I might document crap over the weekend as I'm flying off to a wedding tomorrow.

just read a chapter for my systems architecture class. it's crazy how primary and secondary memory works, especially magnetic disk drives. i have to figure out a bunch of calculations. seems pretty complex right now, i hope when i dive into it, it won't be so bad :\
