Sending email with attached file, for mobile web app

So I am developing a mobile web app in HTML5, Javascript and CSS3, I'm knew to all 3 of those languages as I only know C/C++, little HTMl and CSS. The app will be recording information into a text some type of file and then I need to to send an email with that attachment to an email to user will specify. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

that's not possible with HTML/CSS/JS alone. you will need a server-side language that prepares and sends the mail.
