error installing vb 2008 studio on xp pro sp 2

hey guys i really am having i big issue
i have my cd on which i have vb .net studio
but when i install it on my xp os the message
tells me

[Suite integration toolkit executable has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience]
