I have a problem, I am new to mobile devleopment. I want to know whether we can replace android, Iphone and windos development with HTML5?

Can you replace a Linux, OSX or Windows desktop application with a website?
This is basically the same question you asked, and the answer is the same: no. But that's not to say you can't write web applications to do many of the same things desktop applications would. Take the Google apps for example. You just need to learn the limitations placed on you by the browsers.
