[Skaggles]

This was talked about during the show, but for those that weren't watching (and to set it down in writing,) here is goes: Create either a splash screen, channel icon, or both for the DIC TV show. The current ones were just thrown together by me using GIMP and a orange-gradient. The splash screen should be a wide screen resolution, such as 1280x720,and the icon should be squared, such as 512x512, 256x256, etc. The best one will be used as the official DIC TV splash/icon.
