I don't have many people reading my blog, how can I get readers to begin viewing my content ? If I write some articles which I want some users input, I won't get no replies ? It seems there is a fine line between forums and blogs, maybe blogs are a mild form of a web site, while forums are for complete discussions ?

Forums are for multiple people to have a discussion... a conversation if you will. A blog is one person writing to the world - a journal of sorts. Different things.

If you want to get more visitors, create a catchy slogan, and make an ad on Google or Bing... they get millions of visitors a day, along with their website addon, which advertises your blog on other peoples websites. Look into it and let me know

Actually, the best way to get traffic to your blog is through free marketing methods. Funny, I came here thinking I wouldn't be able to contribute until I saw a blogging category
There are TWO serious methods for getting blog traffic immediately. They are blog hopping and guest posting. Blog hopping is the act of going to other blogs that are in your industry and reading an article that you can write an insightful comment on, then comment on it leaving your URL in the URL field. You can't spam these blogs and expect to get traffic. Make sure you read their article and actually contribute something worth-while. When someone reads your comment they will follow your url to find out more about you. In addition, the blog owner will likely return the favor by commenting on your blog. There was a time when I blog hopped on 100 blogs a day in the beginning. Now, I get lots of traffic from all of those blogs plus I have all of those backlinks and loyal network of people that return. Guest posting is actually writing an article for another established blog. With your guest article, you get an author credit which includes a link to your blog. I have made guest appearances on ProBlogger, SmartBloggerz, and many other big name blogs out there. They can bring you around 400 unique visits a day or more.
I hope that helps you to get started.

Way to spam! I already said that directly in the comment above you. Looks like you are trying to build some backlinks yourself eh?

Good suggestions, I found my blog is not listed, literally on anything. Including Alexa Rank, Backlinks Google, Backlinks Yahoo, Feed Burner, and Google +1. Can I have it listed in Google +1 without actually being a part of Google +1 ? And is Alexa Rank important ?
