You don't want variables you don't need. My point was toward inheriting the panel, that's memory eaten up. You could easily avoid that, especially if you're looking for an artistic look that flows smoothly. ;)

correct me if im wrong.

and theres more;)
i don't know how you work with normal collisions between the images. but my control can do it automatic;)
testing all controls or what you want to be collision tested;)
of course these can make things more easy;)

I usually build disposable classes for my games, when they are instantiated I leave a public rectangle object in them, or I just use the x and y location to determine a rectangle without actually instantiating the rectangle, but that darn rectangle has tons of helpful methods I don't know why anyone wouldn't use it. :)

like you know... programming isn't only knowledge. but imagination too;)
well not everyone thinks in same way. you think that it's the best way, but some programmers can think on other methods. of course that some expirience can do very diference, like see the bests ways. on my case i don't need build that rectangule, because all controls have their owne size and position;)

No that's a few ways, the beauty of software is thinking of newer ways to get things done. I was just listing some detection methods. :)

my code works fine, but i see 1 problem when i move the control on form(in IDE). why takes time(by vision i see more or less 2 or 3 seconds) to show the control transparent?

To answer the original question: a two cylinder moped is more powerful than a twelve cylinder Bentley after driving 20 miles if all you have is a gallon of gas. Much more powerful.

Are you trying to make a game or something?

i'm trying do a nice 2DSprite control(like i'm doing on VB6).
these is for show us the player\images and have most used events(keyboard events, joystick, mouse, mouse whell and more).
i know that, normaly, you use only the container for show all the images. but my way can help us make the game more faster;)
