hi
I have a error in the windows phone application

When I open a new project
This error appears instead of the form

you will get better help if you post the code that gives you the error. also you may tell us and at what line do you get it. can you debug your code? i`m not sure if you can debug working for windows phone but still here is a tutorial on debugging that you may find helpful:

Do you have any converters in your project that are being used on this form? If so, the first line of code in those converters should be...

if (object == null)
    return string.Empty;

I do not have any code
I just opened a new project, in (visual studio 2010)--(silverlight for windows phone)--(windows phone application)
then this problem appeared
